The Brilliant Club is an award-winning charity that recruits, trains and pays PhD students and postdoctoral researchers to deliver programmes of university style teaching to small tutorial groups of high-performing pupils in schools that serve disadvantaged communities.

Through working as a tutor on The Scholars Programme, you will:
* Join a community of researchers working to make access to university fair for school pupils from underrepresented backgrounds,
* Develop teaching experience through small group tutorial delivery in state secondary schools, primary schools and FE colleges,
* Receive high-quality training and support,
* Enhance your employability skills,
* Disseminate your research to a unique, non-expert audience in the local community,
* Be paid £500 per placement.

The Brilliant Club will be holding an assessment centre at the Doctoral Academy on Wednesday 20 November. If you would like to be considered for the assessment centre, please complete an application form as soon as possible.

This talk will provide further information about The Scholars Programme.
