Suitable for: All (beginner to advanced)

Relax, unwind and still the mind: when we live with stress every day, we can forget what it feels like to relax completely. Tension and anxiety can damage our bodies and fill our minds. In this one-hour session, we will loosen up with Jattis before using traditional Indian Rishiculture Ashtanga Yoga techniques to introduce and then release tension and tightness from the body. We will combine breath (Pranayama) and movement together to help us focus and be mindful, before we finish with a full-body relaxation.

What to bring: please wear loose, comfortable clothes that you can move around in, a mat or towel to practice on and water to drink
