The aim of these ‘clinics’ will be to discuss research and training requirements on the generation, analysis and interpretation of results from proteomics experiments. The focal areas of the lab are protein identification by tandem mass spectrometry and the analysis of differential protein expression but we can also advise on a range of other topics, such as: protein separation, posttranslational modifications, protein-protein interactions and web-based resources for protein analysis.
