Applying for Funding from The James Pantyfedwen Foundation
Domain: C3 Finance, funding and resources

TACE: C - Completion

Format: Experiential
Suitable for: All

The James Pantyfedwen Foundation is a charitable body that provides study grants to Welsh postgraduate students. All subject areas are considered but, to be eligible, students must meet the qualifying criteria. In all cases the grants will be for the payment of tuition fees only, up to a maximum of £7,000. This session, which is run by a previous recipient of a postgraduate grant from the James Pantyfedwen Foundation, provides an overview of the scheme and the application process.

In this interactive session, you will:

• Learn about the qualifying criteria and your eligibility for the scheme
• Receive hints and tips on how to write a good application
• Engage in peer-review exercises, learning from and sharing best practice with other applicants

For more information about the scheme and the qualifying criteria, please visit the James Pantyfedwen Foundation’s website.
