Suitable for: All

When we live with stress every day, we can forget what it feels like to relax completely. Stress and anxiety can damage our bodies and fill our minds. In this one-hour session, we will release tension and tightness from the body with a gentle physical practice. Then we will explore mindfulness to bring us into this moment. We will use the breath (pranayama), mediation and mantra /affirmations to calm the mind. The session will end with a short yoga nidra to relax completely.

Suitability: beginner to advanced

Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time to allow for set up

What to bring: wear clothes you can move in, and a towel or yoga mat so you can kneel comfortably.

Bookings: Sessions open for booking on a Saturday at 00:01 two weeks prior to the session. Attendees can only be booked onto one future session.
