Format: Workshop
Suitable for: All

This workshop will help you to understand how your diet can have a negative impact on your energy levels. The session will cover the ways of eating as well as the actual foods that send your energy levels up and down, leaving you with slumps midafternoon that affect not only your energy but your mood. You will also learn how you can eat and the foods to include that support your energy levels and keep them stable all day. The workshop will be full of simple and practical ideas for you to put in place to improve your energy, without spending hours cooking and prepping.

By the end of the workshop you will:
• understand which foods and ways of eating negatively impact on energy levels
• have the knowledge to make small beneficial changes to your diet that support energy levels
• have ideas for meals and snacks that are easy to incorporate into your day
