This is a time where you can set any worries and stresses aside and simply focus on yourself. This is time just for you.

During this session, you will experience two meditations that are designed to help you relax and unwind whilst also moving closer towards a more peaceful and clear mind. The session will include:
* aromatherapy
* calming music
* a relaxing singing bowl
* meditation

Suitable for beginners and those familiar to meditation.
