This two-day course uses concepts and ideas from The Pacific Institute® STEPS® to Excellence for Personal Success programme and focuses on applied self-image psychology. The subject matter concentrates on human motivation and behaviour and the programme is designed to give you ample opportunities to learn how to assume responsibility, exercise judgement, use your imagination and apply your critical thinking, leadership and social skills. This participant-driven programme will not only teach you practical knowledge but will also provide you with the much needed genuine experiences of personal accomplishment and success and the tools to realise your potential.
