CorelDRAW is a suite of applications for manipulating computer images, digital photographs and scanned images. Part of the workshop will look at hand drawn components of images but most time will concentrate on modifying digital images can be modified to produce and image suitable for printing or web requirements.
This workshop will therefore demonstrate how to build up layered images that can be printed, uploaded to the web or incorporated into other applications like Microsoft Word or PowerPoint. By the end of this course you will be able to:
* create a basic image using shapes to form a flow chart or a simple logo
* select parts of images
* crop and resize images
* use transparency to build up layered images for ease of editing and creating compound images
* change settings to correctly print and store images with the correct resolution
