Ms Carole Young

Carol has been intrigued by stress ever since her nurse training.

As a yoga practitioner of over 40 years and a teacher for more than 20 years Carol knows the benefits of regulating the breathing and calming the mind

However teaching new skills to people who are stressed, busy and uninterested was never an instant solution.

This lead her to Laughter Yoga . In 2009 she trained to be a laughter leader and sees instantly how people let go of tension and relax when having a good belly laugh
